Light, straw colour. Fine, elegant, clean and intense in aroma. Dry to taste with a pleasant green apple aftertaste. A lively and easy to drink wine.

Verdicchio dei Castelli di Jesi DOC Classico ‘Anfora’, Moncaro, Marche

 

Straw yellow colour flecked with green; typical of the grape. Forward aromas of apple and citrus, especially grapefruit, are accompanied by subtle bitter notes of hawthorn, acacia and elderberry blossoms. Long and intense.

Chardonnay IGT Salento ‘Il Medaglione’, Leone de Castris

 

The Medaglione has fresh, floral fragrances and fruity hints of banana. Smooth and well-balanced on the palate.

Pecorino Terre di Chieti IGP Colle Cavalieri, Cantina Tollo, Abruzzo

 

Pale straw yellow in colour with greenish tinges. Fruity fragrances and citrussy, tropical notes of white peach, mango and sage blended with elegant floral hints. Full flavoured, well-structured and long in length with a slightly balsamic finish.

Sauvignon Blanc IGT Venezie, Ardesia, Veneto

 

Medium lemon colour with greenish reflects. Aromatic and fruity notes on the nose and palate. Dry, light and refreshing.

S’elegas Nuragus di Cagliari DOC, Argiolas, Sardinia

 

Pale yellow colour, a fruity fragrant and harmonious bouquet with notes of green fruits, kiwi and lime.The palate is full, soft and rich with a characteristic tangy aftertaste.

Falanghina Roccamonfina IGT ‘Aia dei Fuschi’, Telaro, Campania

 

Straw yellow in colour. Elegant, floral and fragrant with notable scents of pineapple, peach intermin- gled with broom, rose and hints of sage. Balanced and pleasant to taste with underlying delicate walnut scents.

Light straw in colour with delicate green hues. Intense on the nose. Long, continuous and persistent. Fruity and floral aromas. On the mouth, broad, fruity with notes of flint, almond and walnut flavour.

Soave Classico DOC Vigneto Colombara, Zenato, Veneto

 

A superb single vineyard Soave Classico. Soave 'Vigneto Colombara' has a straw yellow colour with emerald highlights. It has an intense yet delicate bouquet. Wonderfully crisp and clean.

 

Iselis Nasco di Cagliari DOC, Argiolas, Sardinia

 

Full bodied with a cooked apple and peach character that also combines almonds, cream and hints of vanilla.

 

Gavi DOCG del Comune di Gavi ‘White Label’, La Scolca, Piedmont

 

Light straw in colour with green undertones. Zesty lemon aromas with some almond and stone  fruit notes. Crisp, lively, mineral character with sharp acidity and a refreshing, lasting finish.

 

Vign’angena DOCG Vermentino di Gallura, Capichera, Sardinia

 

Pale straw-yellow colour with very clear light greenish hues. Intense floral sensations of orange-blossom, iris, broom and hawthorn, and fruity, pleasantly mineral hints of yellow apples. Fresh and lively taste with full, fragrant fruit and a lovely fruity, lingering finish.

Pinot Grigio delle Venezie DOC Blush, Ardesia, Veneto

 

Salmon pink in colour. Light, fresh and fruity aroma. Aromatic notes of freshly crushed cranberries and mineral elements. Dry and light to taste. Delicious balance of cherry fruits and fruity red berry aromas. Ripe summer fruits and great for everyday glugging.

Serralori IGT Isola dei Nuraghi, Argiolas, Sardinia

 

A muted pink colour with lively tinges, typical of a young wine. This mid-weight Rose is delicate, intense and fruity on the nose. Lively but balanced on the palate with notes of wild herbs and cherries that linger on the finish.

Red Wines​

Intense ruby red in colour with golden orange reflections. Intense ruby red in colour with golden orange reflections. Intense and persistent on the nose with typical, spicy notes of woodland berries. Warm, enveloping on the palate with good body and subtle tannins.

Montepulciano d’Abruzzo DOP Colle Cavalieri, Cantina Tollo, Abruzzo

Ruby red in colour with purple highlights. Small red berry fruits on the palate. Morello cherry and a delicate and spicy touch on the finish. Medium bodied, well-structured with soft and well balanced tannins.

Bardolino DOC Linea Classica, Cantina di Custoza, Veneto

 

A lovely, typical wine from this region. Rich, fragrant, damson fruit on the nose.

Marche Sangiovese IGT Biologico, Moncaro, Marche

 

Ruby red colour with good intensity. Bouquet is rich and fruity, with notes of sweet cherry, plum and chocolate.

Palate is dry and warm, with silky smooth softness. Full-bodied with a good balance.

Isola del Sole Rosso IGT Isola dei Nuraghi, Argiolas, Sardinia

 

Ruby red colour, intense perfume on the nose. Rounded in the mouth with a touch of sweetness at the end, typical of Sardinian wines.

Aglianico del Vulture DOC, D’Angelo, Basilicata

Crushed blue fruit on offer here, such as blueberries and bilberries, in addition to the lavender and dried-tobacco undertones. Full body, chewy tannins and a blackberry-soaked finish.

 

Arenada Monica di Sardegna DOC, Dolianova, Sardinia

Bright, ruby red colour, intense aromas, an appealing nose and a characteristic finish.

 

Benuara IGT Terre Siciliane, Cusumano, Sicily

Rustic-red in colour with luscious aromas of blackberry and raspberry jam.The palate is dominated by rich, red fruit flavours with waves of spices. The name Benuara comes from the small red flowers that grow near the vineyards.

Costera Cannonau di Sardegna DOC, Argiolas, Sardinia

Named after the hillside vineyards, Costera is a deeply coloured, full bodied red wine.Typical notes of ripe strawberries, black cherries, herbs and spices abound. Warm and intense with the time in oak providing rounded tannins. Great length.

Chianti Classico DOCG, Borgo Salcentino, Tuscany 

A well-structured, well balanced wine with ripe cherry fruit and raspberries on the nose and a rich, savoury character on the palate. Smooth and velvety tannins follow with a good length.

Salice Salentino DOC Riserva 50° Vendemmia, Leone de Castris, Puglia

 

Produced since 1954, the Salice Salentino Riserva has an intense ruby-red colour with garnet hints. Concentrated aromas of black cherries and blackberry complement notes of basil, and sweet spices thanks to the time in barrel. On the palate, the wine is smooth and balanced with velvety tannins. Long on the finish.

 

Turriga IGT Isola dei Nuraghi, Argiolas, Sardinia

 

Turriga is a rare Italian gem. Aromas of Morello cherry, mulberry, blackcurrant. Full bodied and concentrated with firm, powerful tannins yet a refined sleek mouthfeel and a finish that never seems to end.

SPARKLING WINES

Rosato Vino Frizzante IGT, Villa Domiziano, Veneto

Lovely pink light sparkles. Stunning pink in colour with violet reflexes. Fruity on the nose with floral hints and notes of strawberry and cherry. Fresh and delicate with a very light perlage.

 

 

Prosecco DOC Treviso Extra Dry, Colli del Soligo, Veneto

Straw yellow in colour, with green tinges. Fruity scent of pears and apples and overtones of acacia flowers and citrus. A good balance between acidity and sugar make this sparkling wine very delicate and intense.

  

‘Col de Mez’ Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore DOCG Extra Dry, Colli del Soligo, Veneto

 

Straw-yellow colour with greenish tinges. Fruity and flowery bouquet with overtones of golden apple and very slight overtones of yeast. Lively, creamy consistency on the palate.

 

Tagliamare Brut, Argiolas, Sardinia

A fresh, lively and modern expression of the ancient Sardinian grape Nuragus, produced using the Charmat Method. It is expressive, fruity, easy drinking. Perfect for the special occasion.

 

Franciacorta Brut DOCG Millesimato, Monzio Compagnoni, Lombardy

Pale yellow colour with a hint of light green reflections. An abundant yet very refined perlage. On the nose, strong hints of toast, pastries and dried fruits (particularly toasted almonds) stand out with a finishing note of golden apple. Great balance of acidity and freshness on the palate together with the flavours of ripe apples. A pleasant softness on the finish.

Dessert Wines

 

Rigoletto Passito di Lugana IGT, S. Cristina, Veneto

An absolute gem of a sweet wine. Bright straw yellow in colour. Intense and seductive aromas on the nose with delicate flowery notes and hints of beeswax. On the palate this luscious dessert wine has a solid backbone, is balanced with lively alcoholic and sweet sensations. Superb aromatic length.

Angialis Isola dei Nuraghi IGT, Argiolas, Sardinia

The name Nasco is derived from Nusco meaning 'Musk' in Sardinian dialect. Angialis shows the musk, honey and dried fruit character that is typical of a late harvest style coupled with flavours of fresh apricots and orange zest. Ageing in French oak barriques lends notes of vanilla and toffee.
